How to make the reservation. The reservation oline can be made very easily in 3 steps.
- Selection of the required lodging and result of the search
- Introduction of your personnal datas. Privacity.
- Confirmation of the entered datas
CANCELATIONS.
Please, follow the instructions received in the confirmation email in case you want to cancel your stay. The cancelation has to be made before 48 hours of the arrival date. But if you cancel your stay according to the cancelation policy of the establishment, it will be free of charge. If you cancel your stay later than the limit authorised by the establishment or if you do not inform about the cancelation, the establishment will charge your credit card, normally for an amount similar to the price of the first night. Be sure that AEHCOS will never charge you for any kind of cancelation.
RESPONSABILITY
AEHCOS acts as intermediary between the clients and the services given by: hotels, apartments etc…This is why AEHCOS is not responsible of the luggage losses, thefts, damages or any others problems.
CLAIMS
Aehcos will take care of the claims realised during your stay to try to solve inmediately the problem.
